Dr. Blakley earned her physical therapy doctoral degree in 2012 from Hardin-Simmons University. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and Psychology from the University at Albany. She has over 12 years of experience treating a variety of injuries including orthopedic, sports, concussions, visceral and a myriad of other conditions. She is also an instructor for the Fascial Distortion Model which specializes in treating all soft tissue and musculoskeletal complaints quickly to return athletes/patients to their sports quickly. She has additional skills in treating concussions, migraines and TMJ through the use of Craniosacral techniques as well as Visceral Mobilization which can all impact the way the body moves and responds to healing. Ashlee was a former Division 1 volleyball player and has suffered through multiple injuries herself throughout her athletic career which led her to pursue physical therapy as her profession. Dr. Dexter Palmer earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from South College in 2023. Since graduating, he has remained committed to advancing his clinical expertise through continuing education with a focus on manual therapy and evidence-based interventions. He is certified in dry needling and will begin the Fellowship of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) program later this year, reflecting his dedication to providing the highest level of orthopedic physical therapy care.

A former collegiate tennis player, Dr. Palmer understands firsthand the physical demands of athletic performance and the importance of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and movement optimization. His clinical approach combines hands-on treatment with individualized exercise programming to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and achieve their personal goals.

Dr. Ponce, founder of The Movement Doc of Texas, earned her Physical Therapy doctoral degree in 2013 from Texas State University. She also obtained her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Foods and Sciences. With over 11 years of experience, Dr. Ponce has treated solely in the orthopedic environment. In 2020, she completed a three-year fellowship and earned the designated credentials of FAAOMPT from OPTIM Manual Therapy. A Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist (FAAOMPT) is a physical therapist who is internationally recognized for demonstrating advanced orthopedic knowledge, analytical skills, and advanced manual therapy techniques in the treatment of musculoskeletal orthopedic conditions. In July 2022, Dr. Ponce also obtained the credentials as a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). Attainment of both FAAOMPT and OCS status is an achievement earned by less than 1% of all Physical Therapists in the US. She is also certified in Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction Therapy.

Dr. Brent Rachall earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University in 2014 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University in 2019. After graduation, he completed an orthopedic residency and became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in May 2021.

Brent has pursued advanced certifications in Therapeutic Pain Neuroscience, Orthopedic Manual Therapy, and Dry Needling. He is currently pursuing a fellowship with Optim Manual Therapy to achieve the prestigious FAAOMPT designation. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and plans to pursue additional board certification as a Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS).

Dr. Reagan Trent earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2023. She combines evidence-based physical therapy with performance training as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), helping individuals recover from injury, optimize movement, and improve athletic performance.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Trent is CPR/AED certified and serves as an Emergency Medical Responder, providing medical coverage at sporting events.
